Educational Qualification
- Sr. Executive / AM Training & Development: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Management (HR preferred), Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Executive / Sr. Executive Finance & Accounts: M.Com, B.Com / MBA (Finance) / ICWA.
- Sr. Executive / AM New Tech Identification: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or other technical discipline is preferred).
- Sr. Executive / AM New Tech Adoption: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or other technical discipline is preferred).
- Sr. Executive / AM Supervisor (Pilot scale mineral processing plant): Bachelor’s degree / diploma in engineering (Chemical, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Material Science preferred).
- Sr. Executive / AM Estate Management: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (Facility / Infrastructure Management preferred).
- Sr. Executive / AM Electrical Engineering: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
