HFI, NNG etc. are desired but not mandatory.

Selection Process

According to the Central Bank of India SO Selection Process 2024, the candidates will have to appear in an online exam and then a personal interview will be conducted. The details have been discussed here for the reference of the candidates.

Online Exam: The online examination will include a coding test with paper-based and computer-based tasks for the Developer roles. Others will have to go through a multiple-choice question test which includes subjects like reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and professional knowledge. Currently, the examination is scheduled for 14th December 2024.
Personal Interview: The second part of the selection process is the interview round. Here, the candidates who qualify the online test will only be called and will proceed to the final selection. The PI is expected to be held in January 2025.
