Eligibility:
- Assistant Accounts Officer:
- Officers working under the central / state Govt.
- Holding analogous post of Jr. AOs/AAOs on regular basis OR
- Jr. / Sr. Accountant, Clerks/ PAO who have qualified in both Part-I & Part-II of JAO (Postal) Exam with 5 years regular service in the cadre OR Possessing the qualification of passing the SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized Accounts, Departments of Central Government/ State Government
- Sr. Accountant / Jr. Accountant / LDC: Officials holding analogous posts in Central Govt. / State Govt. / Autonomous bodies OR (i) LDC with 3 years Regular service for Junior Accountant and having over all good performance. (ii) UDC with 3 years Regular service for Senior Accountant and having over all good performance. (iii) For LDC’s officials holding analogous post on permanent basis in Central Govt./ State Govt. / Autonomous bodies Central Govt./ State Govt. / Autonomous bodies having overall good performance.
