Educational Qualification: 

• A degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial and Production Engineering from a University or Institution established by law in Uttar Pradesh or from any other institution recognized by State Government or a degree or diploma recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Government. OR
• Degree in Examination Electrical/Mechanical / industrial and Production Engineering conducted by any of the Universities in India incorporated by any act of the Central/State Legislature or by UGC. OR
• Section "A" and "B" of the Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India). 
• Thorough Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari Script. If the candidate has not passed High School or equivalent examination in Hindi, he/she has to clear the exam conducted by the Registrar, Departmental Examinations Govt. of UP, within 3 years of joining

Age limit: 21 to 40 year (as on 01/01/2016)

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600.00-39,100.00, Grade pay Rs. 5400.00

Application Fee (Non refundable): General / OBC / candidates of Other State (Other than U.P.) (Non-Creamy Layer) - Rs. 1000/, SC/ST Category Rs. 700/- & Physically Handicap - Fee Not Applicable (Bank charges, In addition to the Application fee shall be born/paid by the candidate.)
