Educational Qualification: 10th /12th Class under 12th System or education or its equivalent and ITI course in the relevant trade in Government recognized ITI.
Age limit: 15 to 20 years for Welder, Carpenter, Painter, Uphoster, 15 to 22 years for Fitter, Electrician, R&AC, Wireman, 15 to 24 years for MLT, Winder, Cable Jointer, Turner, Macxhinist, Mechanic, MMV (as on 01/10/2016.)
Application fee: Rs.100/- for unreserved candidates. No fee for SC/ST/PWD & Women reserved category candidates. The application fee should be deposited through demand draft drawn in favour of “The Work Shop Personnel Officer, Carriage and Wagon Works, Southern Railway, Perambur, Chennai” Payable at Chennai.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be basis on Merit list.
