- NATS Registration: A printout of your profile/registration from the NATS Portal.
- Educational Certificates: * BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil) Degree or Provisional Certificate.
- Diploma Engineering Certificate (for Diploma candidates).
- All Semester Marksheets (Sem 1 to 8 for Degree, Sem 1 to 6 for Diploma).
- Identity Proof: Aadhar Card (Mandatory), PAN Card, or Voter ID.
- School Leaving Certificate: For age proof (LC).
- Photographs: 3 recent passport-size color photographs.
- Caste Certificate: Valid certificate if applying under reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS).
