Educational Qualification & Age limit:

B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Renewable Energy with M.E./ M. Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Renewable Energy/ Power Sector/ Energy System or similar energy-related domains. A minimum of 11 years of work experience is required as on 1st July 2025. OR B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Renewable Energy with MBA in Power/ Energy/ Renewable sector/ Policy and Regulations or similar energy-related domains. A minimum of 11 years of work experience is required as on 1st July 2025.
In-depth knowledge of electric vehicles, energy storage, renewable energy, upcoming energy technologies, regulations, policies and incentives at the local, state and national levels.
Ability to analyse and interpret government policies, staying abreast of legislative changes and providing insights on their implications for the organisation.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret policy implications and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations and community representatives.
Ability to articulate complex industry issues effectively to government stakeholders.
Capability to manage and coordinate projects related to renewable energy and electric vehicles, ensuring compliance with government guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
