HCL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed Class 10th examination and possess an ITI Certificate in the relevant trades from a recognized Institution.

Age limit

Candidate’s age should be between 18 to 30 years as of the cut-off date.

HCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on their marks in ITI and 10th class. The weightage of Marks for the below fields are

30% weightage will be given to ITI marks (for relevant trades).
70% weightage will be given to 10th class marks.
For trades where ITI is not required (like Mate (Mines), Blaster (Mines), and Front Office Assistant), 100% weightage will be given to 10th marks only.
Candidates who are dependents of current HCL/KCC employees will get 10 bonus marks.
