SAC Recruitment 2023
Space Applications Center (SAC), under Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), invites Online applications for the recruitment of 19 Scientist/Engineer-Sc (Agriculture), Scientist/ Engineer-Sc (Atmospheric Sciences And Oceanography), Scientist/Engineer-Sc (Computer Science Engineering) Posts. This online facility will be available in the Official website @ https://www.sac.gov.in/ from 26.12.2023 to 15.01.2024 @ 05.30 PM. Before applying for the recruitment, candidates must carefully read the ISRO SAC Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ 2024 notification and ensure their eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Scientist / Engineer (Agriculture):
- M.Sc. in Agricultural Physics/ Agricultural Meteorology/ Agronomy or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
- B.Sc. in Agriculture with an aggregate minimum of 60% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale.
- Scientist / Engineer (Atmospheric Sciences and Oceanography):
- M.Sc. in Physics/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Meteorology/ Ocean Sciences or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
- B.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics with an aggregate minimum of 60% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale.
- Scientist / Engineer (Computer Science Engineering):
- M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering with Specialization in Image Processing/ Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning / Computer Vision with an aggregate minimum of 60% (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale.
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering /Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology (IT) with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
Age limit
- Scientist / Engineer (Agriculture / Atmospheric Sciences and Oceanography): 18 – 28 years as on 15.01.2024
- Scientist / Engineer (Computer Science Engineering): 18 – 30 years as on 15.01.2024
Application Fee
- Initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs. 500/- as application fee (excluding applicable taxes/ charges). Candidates belonging to fee-exempted categories, will be refunded full fee. Other candidates will be refunded Rs. 400/- after retaining the application fee of Rs. 100/-.
