Bank of Baroda (BOB) is recruiting for the Senior Manager–MSME Relationship posts. A total of 250 vacancies are to be filled through the recruitment drive on a regular basis in MSME vertical in the bank. Candidates having graduated in any discipline with age limit as 28-37 years can apply for these posts. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in all semesters/years.
Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing & Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 8 years of experience of Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with any Bank/ NBFC/Financial Institutions in India. OR Minimum 6 years of experience of Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with any Bank/ NBFC/Financial Institutions in India.

Age limit

The minimum age limit is 28 years and the maximum age limit is 37 years to apply for BOB Recruitment 2023.

Rs.600/- + Applicable Taxes + Payment Gateway Charges for General, EWS & OBC candidates
Rs.100/- + Applicable Taxes + Payment Gateway Charges for SC, ST, PWD & Women.

Selection Process

The selection process will comprise an online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by group discussion and/or interview of candidates, qualifying in the online test.
