Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Various degree in related field.

Age limit
- Female Health Worker (FHW) / Staff Nurse: Not more than 40 years
- X-Ray Technician / Laboratory Technician: Not more than 36 years
- Pharmacist: Not more than 35 years
- Multi Purpose Health Worker (MPHW): Not more than 33 years
Application Fee
- Rs.500/- for General, OBC, EWC
- Rs. 250/- for SC, ST, Ex-Serviceman, PWD,

- Final Selection will be based on Written Exam.
