Eligibility
- Educational Qualification & Age limit:
- Lecturer:
- Possess a Post-graduate degree in the relevant subject as shown in the Annexure-I obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India or any other Educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or posses an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Council Of Indian Medicine: Provided that if the suitable candidate who possess the post - graduate degree in the concerned subject is not available, a candidate who possesses a post - graduate degree in allied subjects shown against the concerned subject in the Annexure-II or as recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine shall be considered for the direct selection.
- The basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; and
- Adequate knowledge of Sanskrit and Gujarati or Hindi Or Both.
- 37 years
- Principal:
- Possess (i) A Post graduate degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade B in the seven point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the master degree level from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized by the Government as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the U.G.C. Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government; and (ii) A Bachelor degree in education with at least 60% of the marks or its equivalent grade B in the seven point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the degree level from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized by the Government as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the U.G.C. Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government;
- Have about 05 years combined or separate experience of teaching or inspecting of educational institutions or administration in educational institutions recognized by the Government after obtaining Bachelor degree in Education.
- Possess the basic knowledge of computer application In Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967
- Possess adequate knowledge of Guajarati or Hindi or both
- Not more than 43 years
