Educational qualification: Specialist Officer Applied candidates should have CA/ICWA/ Full time MBA for or 4 years Engineering degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Telecommunication/ Electronics or Full time Degree in Economics/ M.Com or MBA in Finance for Planning for or Full time 2 years PG Degree in Risk Management/ Statistics/ Finance Engineer for Risk Management, 2 year full time MBA or PGDM in Personal Management/HR/HRD for HRM, Bachelor degree in Law.

Experience: Post-qualification experience of minimum 2 years in Credit Processing/Credit Appraisal, Corporate Credit Relationship Management in Banking/Financial Sector (Experience of working in Credit Deptt. in large Banks will be preferable). Post-qualification experience of minimum 4 years in Credit Processing/Credit Appraisal, Corporate Credit Relationship Management in the Banking/Financial Sector (Experience of working in Credit Deptt. in large Banks will be preferable). For candidates with CA qualification, the Post qualification experience shall be relaxed to 3 years.

Age limit: 25 to 40 years
