Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) published an important changes in is't Civil Services Preliminary Test. From 2015, CSAT (Paper-II)'s marks will be not be considered in merit. candidates have to obtain 33% marks from CSAT Paper. Final merit for preliminary test is now depended only on General Studies (Paper-I) of 200 marks.
