Govt. of Gujarat's new cabinet has taken important decision regarding class-3 direct recruitment. By this decision, waiting list will be extend up to 20%. Existing ratio for waiting list is 10%. With this, if direct recruited employee leave the job within one year for any reason, the vacant seat will be allotted to prior waiting list candidate of same category.
